Tandoori’ is an Indian word describing the barrel shaped oven with clay walls which imparts to our food, the delicate flavor and authentic taste of Oriental cuisine. All our Tandoori dishes are served with Iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion rings and slice of lemon, accompanied by Tandoori Mint Sauce.
Balti dishes are medium, fairly juicy curries, cooked in special herbs and Balti spices with onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Served with Nan bread.
Our curries are made with many different kinds of spices, blended here on the premises. We use only the best, you will notice the difference. CHEF’S RECOMMENDED DISHES ARE SERVED WITH PULAW RICE
This dish is based on rice. We use only the best grain of rice called ‘Basmati’. Biryani is cooked in ghee, with onion, green peppers, almonds, sultanas, herbs and spices. Garnished with slices of egg and tomato and served with a medium vegetable curry.
